The Smart Business Awards is a new program to coincide with Queensland's 150th birthday.

The Smart Business Awards will applaud the efforts of those companies and entrepreneurs that have made the largest impact/transformation to the Queensland economy since 1859.

The Queensland Government encourages everyone - businesses and community members - to nominate companies which have contributed to Queensland's transformation from 1859 until today.

Nominations are open from 10 June until 31 August and the judging process will be undertaken in September and October.
